Products purchased through online ordering can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalties and without citing any reason, announcing this return in advance, only in writing, to the email address office@mario.ro, mentioning the number and date the invoice, the full name and the code of the products you want to return.
You can choose to return the value of the products or purchase other products from our store. The return of the products will be done at the customer's expense.

After receiving the parcel subject to return and verifying that the return conditions are met (absence of stains, odors, signs of wear, etc.), MARIO PRODUCTION SRL will return the relevant amount, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the return, by bank transfer to the account indicated by you or refund to the card account related to the initial card payment. Do not send the parcel with cash on delivery, it will be refused without any further notification.

EXCHANGES FOR PURCHASES FROM PHYSICAL STORES

You have the possibility to exchange the product purchased in a physical Marius Musat store, within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, with any other product of at least the same price, by presenting the original tax receipt issued when purchasing the product, provided that the product to be in the same condition in which it was purchased, with all labels intact and without showing signs of wear and tear.

RETURNS FOR PURCHASES FROM PHYSICAL STORES

Products purchased in physical stores cannot be returned.
Reimbursement of the consideration paid for a product is only possible under the conditions of the law, related to the guarantee, according to GEO no. 140/2021 (the product is non-compliant, for example it has a small or large defect, and the trader fails to replace or repair it within a maximum period of 15 days).
